Awful Realtor Picture #74,223
I take great pride in my work and find untold amusement in seeing the efforts of other Realtors(R) who decide to step behind the camera and capture a property to display it in the best light possible.
Included is a prime example of why so many Realtors(R) should suck up the cost, do their clients a service, and hire a photographer (or take a class on basic photography), and hire a professional stager. BE A PRO! I’m no Ansel Adams and yet I have a good eye for capturing images that help a property to shine.
So what’s wrong with this picture. Where should I start? I can’t fathom why the gigantic TV cabinet and treadmill are in this room…or why there’s a ball on the floor. This is exactly why so many people believe they can sell their property on their own. My colleagues are proving that point! Beyond frustrating.
